Competitors charge for every user. Rasepi only charges for authors. The 500 readers are included.
Anyone who creates or edits documents. Anyone with a toolbar is an author. Readers browse the reader portal, use the search function, and ask the assistant. They never see the editor.
In the cloud, readers are included at a 50:1 ratio to author seats. A team of 10 authors gets 500 reader seats. In the Community Edition, there are no seat limits at all.
You can add more author seats (each of which comes with 50 readers) or contact us for Enterprise plans with custom ratios. We do not block reader access without warning.
One credit = one action (search query, question to the assistant, or translation batch). Reading pages and browsing topics costs zero credits. Only AI-powered features consume them.
Basic reading, browsing, and searching will continue to work. AI-powered features (Assistant, Smart Search) will pause until your credits reset next month, or you can add more for €2 per 1,000.
Cloud plans include everything. The Community Edition requires your own DeepL key for translation and your own OpenAI (or compatible) key for search and chat. You pay the providers directly.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you downgrade, you retain access until the end of your billing period. AI credit limits adjust immediately.
