Documents you can
trust for AI & teams

Rasepi is a knowledge and information database, reimagined. When something changes in the real world, Rasepi flags the affected documents and explains why. Your team knows what’s current. So do your AI tools.

The platform is API- and AI-first. Connect via REST API, MCP, or webhooks. The interface is just the beginning. And yes: It automatically publishes in 40+ languages.

Documents are now created by voice.

Just start speaking. Rasepi uses speech-to-text to turn your voice into neatly structured documents. Headings, paragraphs, lists: everything is created as you speak. No typing, no blank page.

  • Dictate entire articles. Rasepi automatically formats the blocks
  • Voice commands for headings, lists, and links
  • Speak in any language, publish in 40+ languages
  • Capture content hands-free, then refine it at your leisure

And talking to them is just as easy.

Just like when creating with voice, simply ask a question—spoken or typed. Rasepi answers using your actual documents and links to the source. Only content that has been verified and is still current is used.

  • Answers come from your actual documents, not from guesswork
  • Every answer links directly to its source
  • Outdated documents are excluded. No more outdated answers
  • Ask in any language, get an answer in the same language

🎤 Ask a question Answer from your documents
“How do I request a hardware upgrade?”

Submit a ticket under IT › Hardware Requests. Specify your current device model and the reason. Approvals typically take 3–5 business days.
Verified · Accuracy 92/100

Your documents are misleading your team.

Not on purpose. But no one knows which ones are still accurate. And no one has time to check.

📝

The onboarding guide that no one trusts

A new colleague follows the setup instructions. Half the links are dead. Two of the tools mentioned were replaced six months ago. The first day is spent debugging the documentation instead of working on the stack.

🌐

Translations that become outdated unnoticed

Your German documents were updated three times this quarter. The English and Japanese versions? Still at the January version. Your Berlin team follows a different process than London. And no one notices.

🤖

AI that hallucinates based on outdated content

Your AI assistant confidently answers a question with a document that hasn’t been reviewed in 14 months. The answer sounds right. But it isn’t. No one notices until something breaks in production.

0 % Documents need an expiration date
0 % Less text to translate than with full pages
0 + Languages via DeepL, ready to use

Trust, timeliness, and translation. Built-in, not tacked on.

🛡

Trust rating

Each document receives a trust score based on real signals: review status, link health, readership, translation variance, and external changes. When a release is published or an API is deprecated, the affected documents are flagged with an explanation.

Multilingual Publishing

Write in one language. Rasepi uses DeepL to translate into 40+ other languages and only re-translates the sections that have been changed. Your global teams stay in sync within seconds of every change.

How it works →

Trust scores that respond to the real world.

Most platforms say “verified” and leave it at that. Rasepi monitors changes outside your documents and flags the affected content, providing specific reasons.

  • A new release on GitHub? The installation guide is flagged with a reason
  • An API endpoint is being deprecated? Every document that references it is flagged
  • A postmortem reveals a vulnerability? The linked runbook is flagged for review
  • Every score change includes the triggering signal
  • Every signal is available via REST API and MCP Server. Your tools see the same evidence as your team

One change. Every language updated.

When someone saves a document, Rasepi detects which sections have changed and sends only those to DeepL for translation. Everything else stays the same. Your global teams see the change within seconds.

  • All 40+ DeepL languages ready to use

Readers and creators live in different worlds. Literally.

Confluence gives everyone the same interface and calls it “read mode.” That’s not a reading experience. It’s an editor with hidden buttons. Rasepi gives readers their own portal, built from the ground up to find answers, not to manage content.

⚠️ The Incident Response Playbook has a currency score of 31/100 and is overdue for review. I’ve found the content, but I recommend coordinating with your on-call team before taking action.
